Refund and Cancellation Policy

The general policy relating to pass refunds, amendments and cancellations relate to all passes purchased from either iventurecard.com or dubaipass.ae. If you purchased your pass through another website or agent, please contact the site or agent directly for any pass amendment, refund or cancellation requests.

It is important you understand the policies for amendments and cancellations for each destination.

The general policy relating to pass refunds, amendments and cancellations relate to all passes purchased from either iventurecard.com or dubaipass.ae.  If you purchased through another website or agent, please contact the site or agent you purchased the passes for any pass amendment, refund or cancellation requests.

Attraction booking cancellation or amendment requests are applicable to all passes, regardless of where they are purchased.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING REFUNDS

Refunds are at the discretion of iVenture Card and may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • iVenture is unable to deliver a pass in its entirety which a customer has purchased; or
  • The customer is proven to be entitled to a refund pursuant to any local laws.

Notwithstanding a customer’s rights under any local laws, refunds cannot be given for any of the following reasons:

  • Failure to review and consider all information presented on the iVenture Card website prior to purchase
  • Changes to, or temporary closures of included attractions
  • A pass has been redeemed or partially redeemed
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect choice
  • Financial hardship
  • If you make a payment but want or have seen a different price elsewhere
  • Unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of local attractions
  • Misconduct
  • You are late to your booking

Customers are advised to consider all information provided on the iVenture website, including the FAQs, Terms and Conditions, and Fees and Charges, before purchasing.

Provided the customer is entitled to the refund and all necessary documents have been provided, iVenture will process the refund within thirty (30) business days from receiving the refund request into the same credit card and in the same currency, the purchase was made.

Where a refund is granted, all pending bookings and/or passes will be cancelled.

iVenture does not take any responsibility for any bank charges or exchange rate fluctuations by the issuing bank.

General

Date changes

Unused passes are valid for 1 year for Australian passes and 2 years for all other destinations. If you are unable to travel on your original dates, then you can simply transfer your passes to another date within the relevant validity period for your pass.  You do not need to advise us of any change to your travel dates, you can simply start using your pass when you are ready.  Once you visit the first attraction then your pass will begin then.

Pass Refunds and Cancellations

As long as passes remain unused (including no pre-booked attractions), then a full refund can be provided at any time within the validity period. 

Passes with Pre-booked Attraction Amendment or Cancellation Requests

If you have pre-booked attractions, cancellation policies will vary depending on the attraction and some are completely non-refundable once confirmed.  You will need to cancel your attraction bookings before the passes can be cancelled. 

If you have pre-booked attractions that are unable to be cancelled at no charge, then a pro-rata refund can be provided for the unused portion.

Dubai

Please note that all attraction cancellation policies are subject to change at any time.  For all attraction cancellations, please contact [email protected].

  • La Perle by Dragone, Dubai Frame, View At the Palm & Expo 2020 is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • All other pre-booked attractions can be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit. 

Rome

No refunds or cancellations are permitted for pre-booked attractions once the bookings are confirmed and tickets are issued.

Australia

You will need to contact attractions in Sydney, Melbourne or Gold Coast directly using the contact information found on the attractions page or via the iVenture Card app.

Athens

Please contact the attraction directly to cancel any attraction bookings.

Cape Town

Please contact the attraction directly to cancel any attraction bookings.
