What is a Jeddah Pass?
A Jeddah Pass includes a range of attractions, experiences and things to do all on one single downloadable pass. Each Pass is loaded with a package of your choice. Your choice of experiences varies depending on which package you choose. Each package provides you with the flexibility to create your own experience.
How do I use my Jeddah Pass?
Using your Jeddah Pass is easy! Choose the package that suits you best and purchase it online. You'll be emailed your pass which you download to your phone or download the Saudi Pass App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. When you are ready to start using your Pass, simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. For some attractions, you can skip the line. Some attractions may require you to book ahead.
What are the benefits of a Jeddah Pass?

No need to stand in line to purchase tickets, lots of different pass types to suit your travelling style and contactless entry with our digital pass. Use the Jeddah Pass App to store your Pass and to organise your itinerary.
Does the Jeddah Pass package come with a guide?
Download the Saudi Pass App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store, add your Pass, make your attraction bookings, wishlist your favourites and follow the maps. Simple!
Is there an Jeddah Package for children?
Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. Our range of attractions packages is available for children aged between 3 and 12. Children who are 13 or older will need an Adult package. Children under 3 are subject to fees payable to individual attractions.
Do you have a family Jeddah Pass package?
No, currently we don’t offer a family package. Each member of your family will require their own pass. However, the savings are still substantial.
How long is the Jeddah Pass package valid for?
We aim to provide flexible packages and each package has different expiry periods. You should carefully review this at time of purchase.
Do I have to use my Jeddah Pass in consecutive days?
This only applies to the Play and Ultimate Passes which provides you with the choice to use the card over consecutive days. The number of days will vary depending on the package purchased. For example if you purchase the 5-day Ultimate package and you start to use it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday of that week. Your Ultimate Pass package is valid for calendar days, not for 24-hour periods.
What happens if attraction prices change?
Attraction ticket prices change from time to time, however, once you have purchased your Jeddah Pass, your attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the package you purchased. Attraction price changes won’t affect them.
Attractions and Other Venues
Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?
You may be required to present your identification at some venues. This will be indicated in the attraction information on the website or the Saudi Pass app, so please ensure you review the information carefully.
Are the attractions or venues open at all times?
Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.
Please note that entry to all attractions is subject to availability and at the operator’s discretion.
Can I return to the same attraction using my Jeddah Pass?
No. The Jeddah Pass is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can of different attractions and experiences. Jeddah Pass benefits can only be redeemed once per person per attraction.
Planning
Do I have to pre-book for any tours?
Some attractions require a pre-booking and we have noted where pre-bookings are required on the relevant travel destination attraction pages on the website and Saudi Pass App. We advise you to book 48 hours in advance where necessary.
Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?
Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your Saudi Pass App or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.

Can I buy an Jeddah Pass package as a gift?
Yes. A Jeddah Pass is an excellent gift idea for friends and relatives. Gift-giving couldn't be easier! Just pick the package type you would like to give and the recipient can choose what they want to do and when. A thoughtful gift to help create memories. Passes are activated the first time of use.
Can I purchase a Jeddah Pass package prior to arrival?
Yes, we recommend you purchase your Jeddah Pass online before arrival. Make sure to download the Saudi Pass App available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before you leave so you can plan your itinerary accordingly.
Can I purchase a Jeddah Pass package after arrival?
Yes. Jeddah Passes can be purchased online after arrival. Please note some attractions and tours require a pre-booking 48 hours in advance.
