Hijazi History Through Abdulaziz's Art-Work (Saudi hospitality with host family)

Abdul Aziz's home is open to guests who want to witness the magic of his own unique art workshop. The workshop is filled with one-of-a-kind art pieces, such as sculptures of cafes, shops, and houses that depict the daily life and culture in the past days of Al-Barha and Al-Hara in the Mecca and Jeddah region.

All of these pieces have been made out of recycled materials, and it took Abdul Aziz years to build them. Each design is imbued with a story and a unique name, inspired by people Abdul Aziz knows who have beautiful memories with him.

During the experience you will be served some typical snacks, to showcase true Saudi hospitality, such as dates, tea with milk, juices, beans, homemade biscuits, etc

By learning and reading about Hijazi's history in the past, individuals can gain a deeper appreciation for the region's rich heritage and the people who have contributed to it.

The experience is expected to last for around 2 hours, and all you need to bring is your curiosity for art and culture.

Kindly make sure to wear modest clothing when visiting the host's home and refrain from discussing politics or religion.

The experience is suitable for children starting from 8+ years.
